When celebrating one of life's most important moments, The Honest Lawyer offers a perfect venue whether you're planning a small intimate occasion or a larger unique affair. We will work alongside you with our friendly and helpful manner. We will ensure your day runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and enjoy the occasion with your guests.
The Point
The Point Lawn on the waters's edge is a romantic setting offering stunning views of Monaco, overlooking out to the hills. This is the most desirable setting with breath taking water views. The Point is the perfect venue for your Ceremony, offering the option for your quests to enjoy nibbles and refreshments, while you take advantage of our unique grounds for those beautiful wedding photos.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard is a private and intimate scene for exchanging your vows or a gorgeous dance floor. The Courtyard is located off the Banquet Room, with adjoining bi-folded doors creating seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
The Banquet Room
The interior design of our Banquet room reflects the English Tudor style of The Honest Lawyer. Rich and warm dark wooden paneling and historic red brick work cover the walls, and blend with the terracotta tile flooring. The Banquet Room offers a serviced private bar and its own private courtyard, which is ideal for outdoor style seating, or a dance floor. The Banquet Room is ideally located in our main building with ready access to the accommodation upstairs and restaurant and bar areas.
Menu/Food
At The Honest Lawyer, we really enjoy working with our future wedding couples to cater for a menu to suit all personalities, tastes and budgets. In The Honest Kitchen we love food! We are really excited to offer some great choices for your special day. If there are any dietary requirements, or you require more of a bespoke menu, we are more than happy to sit and chat to create something together that you and your guests will remember.
Beverages
We offer a private bar in the Banquet Room and Rustic Barn. Offering several tap beers in the Banquet Room and a range of bottled beer for both the Banquet room and Rustic Barn. We have an extensive range of local and New Zealand wines available. There is an outside bar for your guests to come and enjoy a drink after the ceremony, while you have those all important photographs, either utilising our manicured grounds or elsewhere. We also have our unique serving trolley that we can use on The Point, or outside the main restaurant area to serve your guests drinks and nibbles from.
Accommodation
The Honest Lawyer offers onsite accommodation for you and your guests. We suggest you could stay the night before your wedding day to relax and be here onsite to get ready on the day. We also have the option of the Honeymoon Suite for your wedding night. Please see our accommodation page for more information.
