Here at The Honest Lawyer, we have the facilities to cater for your wedding, function or conference.

We are ideally situated to offer a complete wedding package. Our beautiful courtyard is private and romantic and can serve as a place for the wedding ceremony itself, as could one of the many other quiet places in and around our grounds. There are many opportunities for stunning wedding photographs, such as in our quaint English Gardens or with the fantastic backdrop of the Waimea Estuary and the mountain ranges in the distance. Guests can mingle on the front lawn or wander down the boardwalk with chilled champagne and delicious canapes during the day.

Our Banquet Room can seat up to 80 guests in formal dining and opens out onto the Courtyard, which can be covered and seat a further 36 guests. For more intimate weddings or functions, the Dining Room can seat up to 25 guests.

For conferences and functions, the Banquet Room seats 80 guests or 150 standing. Our staff understand that time is often pressing during business meetings and we pride ourselves on being efficient and professional, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Conference equipment is available for hire for your convenience. 

The Honest Lawyer offers a large selection of especially designed menu choices and types including buffets, set menus and canapés and hors d’oeuvres. Any menu can be customised to suit your requirements.
